Our Story

Meet Jackie

Owner/Trainer/Nutritionist

I was born and raised in Marin County. Growing up I spent most of my time in the water. Competitive Swimming, spring board diving, and surfing filled my days. The coast continued calling my name, and I chose California State University Monterey Bay for college in pursuit of becoming a dolphin trainer. I got my degree in Marine Mammalogy and started my career in Marine Mammal training. I was lucky enough to work for places such as Sea World, The Navy Marine Mammal Program, and Moss landing Marine Labs. While working with animals, I had a side love affair with fitness, especially kickboxing. I started teaching kickboxing classes which inspired me to learn more about fitness and pursue my personal training certification. The more I learned and started working with people to help them towards their fitness goals, I realized that this was my path. I left the Marine Mammal industry and fully committed to personal training and teaching group fitness. This is where I met my husband Scott, and we now have two beautiful children together.
Health and fitness has become a part of who I am and my everyday life style. For me, balance is the key to long term success. We as humans are meant to move and fuel our bodies with nutrients. I enjoy some type of movement everyday and try to eat clean MOST of the time. With that being said, I love dessert and it will forever be a huge part of my life. I am a mom now, with two young children and I can’t wait to teach them what a healthy lifestyle looks like.

Meet Scott

Owner/Trainer

Born and raised in the East Bay, I grew up playing all the sports- lacrosse, hockey, soccer, and football. Although I was an active athlete, I was constantly struggling with my weight. That battle motivated me to learn more about health, fitness, and nutrition. I got my degree from Sonoma State University, and it was there that I developed a true excitement for helping others on their fitness journey. While in school there, I was able to help expand their current training program working closely with students, faculty, and Sports Teams. After graduating, I started working for Bay Club Marin and was there for over 10 years. At the Bay Club I did one-on-one personal training, group training, boot camp classes, local high school strength programs, and coached lacrosse. Most importantly I met my wife, and fitness partner Jackie there. I specialize in creating fun workouts tailored to my client’s individual needs and goals. I track all workouts to ensure proper progression while constantly mixing things up to keep them fun, exciting, and challenging. This ensures results that keep my clients on their path to success.

Meet Jaden

Trainer

Jaden was born and raised in small-town Ohio and has been a west coast resident for the past 17 years. In that time he has studied and explored a myriad of health and movement practices, and found his true passion–helping other people build strength and confidence in their bodies to find freedom in their lives. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Jaden utilizes a blend of functional bodybuilding, natural movement and mobility flows to create a dynamic variety of movement patterns and workouts that focus on proper technique, joint mobility, motor control, and building total body strength. He guides clients through their workouts emphasizing a strong mind-body connection. This not only helps them build strength but also helps them improve their confidence, self-esteem, daily habits, focus and commitment to achieving their goals.

When he’s not working with clients, Jaden enjoys spending as much time as possible outside with his partner–cold plunging in the ocean, gathering local spring water, and adventuring around Marin County.
